I cherished my luxurious vacations abroad, basking in the guaranteed sunshine rather than dealing with the unpredictable UK weather.
Everything changed one fateful day when I returned a pair of school trousers and unexpectedly walked out with a tent priced at a mere £45. The surprise on both Nicholas’ face and mine was priceless.
With a tent in hand and no clue about the essentials, I was determined to make our camping holiday a budget-friendly adventure. And let me tell you, it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
